Quick Fixes for Bothersome Blisters

Has a day of hustling, bustling, holiday shopping left your feet feeling sore and—yikes!—blistered? Well don’t pop those blisters! Here’s how to tend to the troubling bubbles so you’ll be back on your feet again just in time for the next early-bird specials:
·        Wash the area well with soap and water, then dry it thoroughly when you’re done. Too much moisture will soften the blister and make it more likely to break open before it’s ready.
·        Use an alcohol-based tincture of St. John’s wort to moisten a square of gauze, then apply the oil to the blister after you’ve washed it.
·        To reduce tenderness and speed healing, apply a salve that contains the herb calendula (available in health food stores), along with skin-protecting vitamins A and E, once a day.
·        Protect blisters with a bandage, but expose them to the air for at least 20 minutes a day.

And give your tired, worn-out feet a healthy treat with Baker’s Best Foot & Heel Revitalizing Cream. Try this amazing, extra-strength formula risk-free for 21 days!
