Here’s how to whip up a delicious and frosty Cantaloupe
Smoothie:
Combine ½ cup of cold fat-free evaporated milk, 3 cups of
cold cantaloupe cubes, ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a dash of ground
cinnamon in a blender. Blend until smooth, and pour into a large chilled glass.

In a blender, combine 1 very ripe banana, 1/2 cup of
