Flowery Bath Crystals
Mix
up a batch of this beautiful blend to soak Mom’s troubles away.

cup of Epsom salts

cup of sea salt
½
cup of chamomile, lavender, or rosebuds

cup of baking soda

drops of fragrance oil

coloring (optional)
Blend
the salts, flowers, and baking soda in a blender or food processor. Let the
mixture sit for half an hour or so to dry a little, then add the oil and food
coloring. Pour the blend into lidded glass jars, and tie a ribbon around the
lid. Add a label that tells mom to add a heaping ½ cup of the mixture to her
bathwater.

cup of hydrogen peroxide

teaspoon of lime extract
Steep
the tea bag in 1 cup of just-boiled water for 60 minutes. Let the tea cool to
room temperature, then mix ¼ cup of the brew with the hydrogen peroxide, lime
extract, and 1 cup of water. Pour the solution into labeled pocket-size spray
bottles.
