Have A Pain-Free Father's Day

Happy Father’s Day to all of the dads out there! Here’s hoping you can spend lots of time with your kids (and grandkids!) this weekend. But if you’re worried that arthritis pain will ruin your fun, consider this old family remedy for achy joints--plain old cabbage leaves.

It sounds impossible, but cabbage leaves have been used for centuries to soothe inflammation, and a sturdy outer leaf is just the right shape to place over a bent knee or an elbow.

If you’d like to give this DIY painkiller a try, blanch a cabbage leaf or two, then apply it, either warm or cool, to inflamed joints. Wrap it with gauze or an elastic bandage to hold it in place. Before you know it, you’ll be running circles around the neighborhood!

For instant relief—without the cabbagey smell—try our amazing Arthritis & Pain Relief Cream. Just rub it on and you’ll feel all your aches and pains melt away. Try it FREE for 21 days!
