As much as I enjoy spending time outside hiking and biking, I don’t enjoy the aches and pains that sometimes go along with these activities. So at the end of a long day filled with outdoor fun, I like to reward myself by sinking into a tub filled with hot water and a dose of this luxurious bath oil that’s a terrific toddy for the body. Here’s how you can mix up a batch of your own:

Combine 2 cups of milk, 1 cup of salt, 1 cup of honey, and ¼ cup of baking soda in a large bowl. Fill your tub with water, pour in the mixture, and then add ½ cup of baby oil. Ease into the tub, and feel your fatigue melt away.

If you’d like to add fragrance to your bath, consider lavender. It’s lovely, and it’s a wonderful restorative for the soul. It relaxes and calms, and banishes your blahs.

Once you’re body is nice and relaxed, if you’re still feeling achy, try our Baker’s Best Arthritis & Pain Relief Cream; it’s just what the doctor ordered. Just rub it in and feel your pain start to melt away. Feel the rapid, dramatic relief for yourself—FREE for 21 days!
